Why is it?

Why is it that every time I get ready to move, I all of the sudden get opportunities for photoshoots? Here I am, packing and having less than a week before leaving WV to head back to PA for a while then onto Boston then back to PA to visit friends and do photoshoots. I feel like I need to put job searching on hold for another month until I finish and do these shoots. I won't get another opportunity like this again for a while. Especially since two of them are professional athletes.

Anyway, I have a shoot lined up for tomorrow (Tuesday night) with a guy who has a past (I think he did porn, lol). I've been wanting to photograph him for months now and although he said he would love to do it months ago, he finally agreed this weekend to do it this week. He has put on a few pounds, but at this point I don't care, besides many of my models aren't in top shape and I kinda like it that way sometimes. Best thing about this shoot is that I can do whatever and anything I want. He is willing to do it all. Knowing me, I'll stick to doing mostly Fine Art Nudes instead of erotica but ya' never know, depends upon my mood at the time I guess.

I met a local photographer who also does Fine Art - but not all nude. He is impressed with my work and I his. He took me out to eat breakfast the first time we met and we ended up spending the day together! Where was he when I first moved to WV?!? He has already introduced me to lots of local business owners and "important" people in town. I've made lots of contacts and he has opened doors to model possibilites that is unbelievable. And I'm leaving WV this weekend!

I already have it in my head that I'm gonna be making trips back down to WV just for photoshoots! That is, if I don't permanently move to Boston. Geez! I have a porn star who lives in Philly wanting to do a shoot. I had no idea he was a porn star when we first met. And there are several models in Philly who I want to work with and/or want to work with me. So, if I can find a place to do some shoots, I've got models lined up. Same with DC.

What a time for me to have absolutely no money coming in and moves planned. Now if only I were to get that perfect job offer this week! I actually have a great idea for a calendar here in WV but I'm leaving! Another reason to come back to do some shoots. And I'm sure it would bring in lots of money but even if I only broke even, the models contacts and experience would be superb. Oh, what to do.
